Jackson was a warlock loyal to Devlin and assisted him in his ploy to take over the Underworld by capturing muses with the Ring of Inspiration.

History

Jackson assisted Devlin in his ploy to take over the Underworld. They blinked to an alley, where they ambushed a demon with the power to glamour and Jackson vanquished him and absorbed his power. Devlin then sent him to take out the Charmed Ones and used the Ring of Inspiration to motivate him.

Jackson blinked to P3, where he witnessed Phoebe and Paige leaving with Cole and Leo orbing away. He then glamouring into Leo and went to the manor. Once there, Piper tried to introduce him to Melody and while she admitted to already know Leo, Jackson acting as if they first met. Piper became suspicious and started questioning Jackson, before eventually calling out for the real Leo.

When Leo appeared, Jackson exposed himself and stabbed Phoebe in the back with an athame. He then blinked and tried to do the same to Paige, but Cole warned her and she orbed away. Piper then blew up Jackson, vanquishing him.

Powers and Abilities

• Scrying: The ability to locate individuals with a map and a scrying crystal.

• Blinking: The ability to teleport through blinking, a method of teleportation used by warlocks.
• Apportation: The ability to summon an object into one's hand.

Other Powers

• Immortality: The ability to have an infinite lifespan and an arrested aging process.
• Power Absorption: The ability to absorb the powers of others by stabbing them with an athame.

Through spell, potion, power stealing, etc.

• Glamouring: The ability to glamour one's appearance into that of someone else. Jackson stole this power from a Glamouring Demon and used it to impersonate Leo.
